Driveway & Walkway Restoration — Martin, St. Lucie & Palm Beach, FL
Oil stains, weeds in joints, oxidized concrete, and faded surfaces are no match for our restoration process. We clean, re-sand, and seal — transforming driveways, walkways, and entryways into showpieces.
Full Restoration Process
We blast away years of tire marks, oil stains, mold, algae, and organic buildup from concrete and paver surfaces, using hot-water pressure washing where needed for the deepest clean.
After cleaning, we apply fresh polymeric sand to paver joints — locking pavers in place, preventing weed growth, and stopping ant intrusion. This step is critical and often skipped by competitors.
Our penetrating sealers protect paver surfaces from future staining, UV fading, and moisture intrusion — extending the life of your pavers and dramatically enhancing their color and finish.
Travertine pool decks and natural stone pathways require specialized low-acid cleaning and breathable sealers to avoid etching. We use the right product for every surface type.
Faded or worn stamped concrete can be dramatically refreshed with a deep pressure clean and fresh color-enhancing sealer — restoring the original richness without full replacement.
Most driveway and paver restoration jobs are completed in a single visit. Sealers cure quickly in Florida's warm climate — typically walkable within a few hours.

Common Questions
Sealing is strongly recommended in Florida's harsh UV and humid environment. Unsealed pavers re-stain much faster and allow weed seeds and ants to take hold in the joints. Sealing extends the life of your clean by 2–4x.
Polymeric sand contains additives that harden when wet, locking pavers in place and blocking weed germination and ant nesting. Regular sand washes out quickly. We always recommend polymeric for lasting results.
In most cases, yes. We use commercial-grade degreasers and stain-specific pre-treatments before pressure washing. Older, deeply set stains may lighten significantly but not disappear entirely — we'll assess this during your free estimate.
Yes — we use sealers specifically rated for pool deck environments. They provide slip-resistance, are safe when cured, and won't introduce harmful chemicals into your pool water.
In Florida's warm climate, most sealers are dry to the touch within 1–2 hours and ready for foot traffic within 4–6 hours. Vehicle traffic is typically safe after 24 hours.
